Debbie Lieb

Debbie has been doing Pilates for about 13 years, but after some breaks, really began to start to appreciate the vast benefits about 5 years ago. She became certified in 2006 from Body Precision to teach Level I-III mat work and is currently studying to become certified in the advanced Levels IV-V.

She wishes she had found Pilates when she was in her twenties, but is especially glad to be getting stronger and more flexible with Pilates now that she is in her fifties!

Debbie lives in Phoenixville and also works as a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer.
