I believe there is a wisdom that lives in all of us, and that learning to listen to this wisdom leads us to health, love, and lives that exceed our wildest imaginings. My passion is exploring this inner knowing and creating spaces where others can do the same. On a practical level, this leads to less stress, better health, and more vitality.
Following this passion has led me in many directions, among them the study of yoga and mind-body coaching. A self-professed training junkie and RYT, I received my primary yoga training through Wake Up Yoga in Philadelphia and am currently studying Yin.
Yoga Class description
Come home to yourself in this yummy Yin inspired class. When we come home to ourselves, magic happens and we discover unexpected gifts in our selves, our lives, and the world around us. Yin yoga uses long-held passive postures and mindfulness to reveal a natural state of radiant health.
In this practice tension and old patterns and habits melt away, creating space for more ease in your body, your mind, and your life. It’s a powerful complement to more muscular, vigorous practices such as running, biking, and Yang style yogas. Don’t be surprised if you have flashes of insight and intuition!
