Mary Kate Farley

Mary Kate Farley, RYT, NCTMB, Reiki II, says the best way to describe her style is "intuitive", as she was led to this work, and continues to be guided, by a Power greater than herself. Her massage and energy work are nurturing and respectful of the body's inherent wisdom. The yoga she teaches was brought to America by Kundalini master Swami Kripalu, with the goal of connecting practitioners to prana, or life force energy.
Mary Kate specializes in following this energy and meeting her students where they are, so that she can help them become more connected.
