Writing our life stories is a revealing journey into our personal
history, helping us to articulate why we are who we are. Unlocking
Your Heritage is a unique twist on autobiographical journaling.
Moving away from strict factual accounting, we will be
paying more attention to the circumstances in our lives that
appear fateful, the people
who influenced us and shaped us, pivotal events in our lives
and the simple interplay
of our personalities in our daily lives. Though we will be
writing, we will also be using collage and timeline work to
record our insights.
